Cookie Policy

1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage is browser storage used by websites to save preferences. Automizely uses these technologies to keep the service working and remember choices.
2. Essential cookies and storage
Essential cookies and local storage may be used for:
- authentication and session security;
- account and application preferences;
- cookie consent preferences, including whether optional analytics are accepted;
- rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Cookie consent is stored in a browser cookie named automizely_cookie_consent.
3. Optional analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If optional product analytics are added later, they will be treated as optional and controlled by the cookie banner where required.
4. Pages you publish, and campaign tracking
Landing pages, blog posts, and survey forms you publish through the service are public pages. Viewing one records a view against that page in your account. Campaign opens and clicks are tracked with a tracking pixel and a click redirect rather than cookies, and they are recorded against the recipient you sent to.
These records belong to your account, and how you use them is covered by your own privacy notice to your recipients, not by this policy.
5. Managing preferences
When the cookie banner appears, you can accept all, reject optional cookies, or manage choices. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because they are required to provide the service.
6. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, account access, password reset, and other core service features from working.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies, storage, analytics, or service providers.
8. Contact
Cookie questions can be sent to [email protected].
